I was first introduced to Pana by sampling one of their bars that came in a stunning little box that was embellished with hip modern drawings; when opened, a paper foil lined chocolate bar awaits with 6 adjoining squares with the words pressed LOVE THE EARTH!
Despite already falling in love with the packaging the next step was trying the chocolate and let me just tell you it sure didn't disappoint. It was smooth, creamy, of course chocolaty, but the thing that totally reeled me in was the infusion of natural oils and the tiny pieces of fruit and nuts.
Pana Chocolate Bars (and cakes) are handmade using only the purest of ingredients such as cacao, himalayan pink salt, dark agave syrup, virgin coconut oil + butter, cinnamon, coconut nectar and wild carob. They are also 100% Raw, Organic, Vegan, Gluten and refined sugar free!
Currently Pana have 10 bars available and some of my favourites included Fig & Wild Orange, Sour Cherry & Vanilla and Mint. You can find your closest stockiest here: http://www.panachocolate.com/stockists and don't worry my international friends they have stockists all over the world!
The Pana Chocolate Store that I go to in Melbourne is located at:

and if you are a Sydney sider their store is located at:

Oh yeah... I almost forgot to mention that you should definitely GO NUTS when you visit Pana Chocolate because technically they are a GUILT FREE TREAT!
