As most of you know I love caramel slice so here is another recipe that is set to impress.

This is a Raw slice so can be made in advance for your special occasions or like me to alway have in the fridge for an after dinner treat…
Combine base ingredients and process until it forms clumps and crumbs.
Spread base evenly in a small slice tray and pop into the freezer.
Meanwhile while base is freezing process caramel until smooth. You might need extra water for this.
Pour caramel onto base and return to freezer for at lest an hour.
Combine chocolate layer in a small saucepan on low heat until it is smooth and glossy.
Making sure the caramel is completely set before evenly spreading the chocolate layer. Return to freezer.
Allow to freeze for another 15mins before cutting and storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
