~ Some times I crave foods with simple flavours that aren't rich or overpowering. ~ On these days I always seem to turn to Banana Porridge, which includes some of my favourite subtle flavours banana, almond and cinnamon. Enjoy! Love Alex, Ballerina Bites. xx Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup boiling water 1/2 banana, sliced 1/2 cup plant-based milk Toppings: 1/2 banana, sliced 1 big dollop of Cinnamon Almond Butter Method In a small saucepan add oats and boiling water. Allow oats to absorb liquid for a few minutes before stirring through banana and plant-based milk. Turn on stove to low- medium heat and gently cook, stirring throughout. Cook oats until hot, thick and liquid is completely absorbed. Serve in a bowl and top with remaining banana and cinnamon almond butter.
