A Magimix has been on my wish list for years, ever since I saw @delicioulyella using one. I am absolutely thrilled to be working with the incredible team and something I didn’t quite expect - I thought I'd be an avid customer rather than actually working with them! Magimix is seen to be producing the best food processor on the market, and for good reason! Their food processors are built to last, with a high quality build & powerful motor - they’re set to last at least 30 years. A Magimix food processor is an investment, but when you consider the unbelievable cost for use, then it’s completely worth it! I initiated my mixer into the Ballerina Bites family by making pesto, of course! See recipe below. |
Basic Basil Pesto Ingredients 150g walnuts (or nuts of choice) 60g basil leaves 250ml a good quality olive oil Salt & Pepper to taste. Method Using the mini bowl, add the walnuts, basil leaves and S&P. Pulse 10 times before setting the speed to auto (continuous blend). Trickle in the olive oil via the feed tube and there you go, you now have pesto! Stir through pasta/ gnocchi, or use as dip/ salad dressing. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Yields 500ml. |
