Yes this recipe calls for only a handful of ingredients, but when blended together they create an explosion of favour that will have your taste buds tingling. My Cinnamon Almond Butter is the perfect accompaniment when looking to pimp your toast, porridge, smoothie or fruit slices... oh and I can't forget my favourite, spoonfuls straight from the jar!

1 1/2 cup raw almonds
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Add almonds and coconut to a food processor and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. (This can take up to 10mins depending on your blender.)
Once smooth add the remaining ingredients and blend for a further 2 mins.
Pour into a clean jar and allow nut butter to completely cool before sealing.
Note* Mixture will naturally heat when blended.
