Chocolate for breakfast, why not!
Did you know adding raw cacao to your breakfast can help set you off on the right foot?
Raw cacao still contains its nutrients, one being magnesium; ensuring a healthy nerve system & sense of calm throughout the body.
Porridge is also a fabulous way to 'get you going,' with the oats providing low GI energy to keep you feeling full and energised till lunch.
This recipe has been my favourite porridge variation for years and I'm sure you'll love it too.

1/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup boiling water
1/3 cup mylk
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tbs goji berries
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 - 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp peanut butter
Add the oats and boiling water into a small saucepan- allow to soak for 10mins.
Once soaked, set the heat to low-medium and the remaining ingredients, except the peanut butter.
Gently heat, stirring throughout until the porridge begins to thicken.
Towards the end of cook time, stir in the peanut butter and further cook until it reachers your desired texture.
If you feel like your porridge is too thick, add a dash of mylk.
Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
