My Banana & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats have been my go-to breakfast for busy mornings as there convenient, slow realising fuel and absolutely delicious!
This recipe combines classic flavours; banana, peanut butter and cinnamon so you simply can't go wrong.

1/2 cup quick or rolled oats
1/2 cup plant based milk
1/2 banana, mashed
1 medjol date, pitted & chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cacao nibs
In a jar or bowl add oats, milk, mashed banana, date, cinnamon and stir well.
The next morning top with sliced banana, peanut butter and cacao nibs. Serves 1.
