I used to think bliss balls were totally overrated, but I've started to realise these power house balls can be something quite exciting. ~ Introducing my 'Matcha Bliss Balls with Coconut & Cranberries;' a careful selection of ingredients that I think create a bliss ball that's rather unique and quite a sensory for the tastebuds. My recipe combines the usual nut and date base, cashews & coconut being the base, along with bitter matcha green tea powder and sweet tart cranberries. This results in a delicious well balanced ball that's perfect for an uplifting mid morning or afternoon snack. Enjoy! In a food processor, process the cashews and coconut flakes until a rough meal, leaving some texture. Add the remaining ingredients and process until a dough is formed.
