I'm a massive fan of all things smoothie, mylk shake... really anything in liquid form. (Is that gross?) I would say 98% of the time I begin my day with a smoothie, as I can pack in the nutrition without feeling heavy for my day of dancing that follows. This recipe is in collaboration with Protein Pow, who create the most delicious protein 'cookie dough' bars that are free from anything artificial. I love to enjoy their bars as a mid morning/ late afternoon snack, or when I'm feeling my body needs an extra protein boost. This recipe however is a little more than tearing open a bar, with the intention being more a meal option for breakfast or pre-performance. Enjoy! Love Alex, Ballerina Bites. xx Ingredients
