I have a massive sweet tooth and without fail I always enjoy a sweet treat after dinner.
Throughout the week I quite often enjoy a homemade baked good such as my Cookie Dough Protein Balls or Hazelnut Brownies and other times I like to go the extra step in creating something that looks somewhat special, but really took no effort at all.
My 'Yoghurt Cheesecake Pots' I made in collaboration with Protein Pow are exactly this, with me simply baking Protein Pow's cookie dough and topping with my favourite unsweetened yoghurt, fresh & dried fruit and nuts & seeds.
What I love about this dessert is that it's obviously high in protein (especially when using soy yoghurt) and it really does mimic cheesecake due to the crispy biscuit base and creamy centre.

1 x Protein Pow's cookie dough bar, thawed
Unsweetened yoghurt of choice
Fresh & dried fruit of choice
Nuts & seeds of choice
Divide your bar in two, roll into a ball and flatten into a cookie shape.
Bake according to the packet instructions.
(Cooking time may be halved as you're baking a smaller cookie!)
One baked, allow it to cool before crumbling each cookie between two glasses.
Top with a few dollops of yoghurt and other remaining ingredients of choice.
