I used to think that bliss balls were totally overrated, but I've started to realise that these power house balls can be something quite exciting! My Matcha Bliss Balls with Coconut & Cranberries combine the usual nut and date base with added coconut and cranberries to take the recipe to the next step. To transforming the bliss balls I add matcha powder with a dash of chia seeds and maple syrup for good measure. Enjoy!
